Our triple super secret sailboat parts store serving Austin and Lake Travis  is almost starting to be presentable and if you can convince us something we have is exactly what you want, we will sell it to you.

We stock so many kinds of sandpaper, stainless fasteners, paints, thinners, resins, varieties and weaves of fiberglass we are often surprised we know how to use all the stuff

the work in progress is pictured below.  Now featuring over $10,000 in the line we think makes it possible for anyone to sail today...not waiting till  next week

We  have been having fun making pedicab bodies. This seat is not only

The lake is way down again and we have diversified a bit.

We are making special things and acting as a production shop for some new toys

If you have a concept, we might be able to create a working version...or not.

When we know how to make something we don't learn anything building it.

Nurse Lu had us build this pink fiberglass pump cover so she could paint dots on it to look like Granite Shoals local rocks

This is our Circraft prototype. We plan to be the US builder.

Circraft sold 100 each of the last five years in Europe.

It is still time for another new opening page photo but Romeo hasn't had time to sail.

The concept of this site has something to do with our belief that if more people knew about sailing, more people would be able to enjoy the fun.

Of course, we hope it will also become a place to send our customers for information about our services.

HEY! LOOK HERE!!

THIS STUFF IS FUNNY!!!

We Now Stock and Sell Line

Cash or checks. We don't take credit cards because the law will not let us charge properly to recover the bank fees.

We do not have a particularly wide selection and, for the most part, only have one spool and one color of any given size and brand.  On the other hand, we usually have something that will do the job and we are a few bucks worth of gasoline closer to AYC than anybody else.

Click to see stock we had last time I updated this list

We also stock some hardware, fasteners, sandpaper, thinners, paints, brushes, paper suits, gloves, and lots of things that should save hobbyists from making a trip all the way to the store....

and we actually DO know how to use all the stuff

Romulan Vessel hanging in shop

being disguised as a Corsair 28

On January 27, 2010. Waldo continues his political career by delivering the yet another Canine reply.

He was so confident he didn't even take a bath first. He came straight from rolling on the muddy

White House lawn with the First Family's Portuguese Water Dog, slapped on this suit and began speaking>>

"My fellow Pooches. Tonight the State of the Union is muddy and wet.

We can do better and we must.

" I believe there must be immediate legislation passed to provide each home with the funding

to keep a jar of biscuits not just by the back door but by every door in every house in America.

My plan for regular vet care for every dog was not met well politically.

I suppose bringing up cats was not exactly a good idea, I was chewed up in the polls.

However we must try to work even with the cats.

There is no need to continuously campaign for our respective sides by tattling about  claw marks and chewed furniture.

To use their terms 'We must claw our way through this."....

He continued for many minutes. .

This shot was taken in late 1991. Lake Travis is flooded to about 710 feet above mean sea level (MSL). Fred took this shot from Psycho the J-24 #187. This is the spillway on Mansfield dam. Its height is 714 above MSL. The next day the LCRA asserted its power as an unelected quasi government agency and arbitrarily closed the lake to everybody but their bureaucrats and  minions.

We have lots of photos taken around the lake at levels ranging from 634 to 710 above MSL

Same old thing again...This photo is from 2009  but as of November 2014 the lake had been  lower than this for two consecutive years...phooey

It didn't fill up again until 2016

In the winter of 2018 we had a huge flood again. and as of early 2019 the lake is full

Can you believe this??

Schroth Fiberglass goes back to before there was fiberglass or Fred himself.

Not only were we sponsoring a baseball team 20 years before Fred was born but the league commissioner named was named Page ...same as Fred's Granddad.
